ARIHANT's Three Level PIT car parking system provides parking space for passenger cars one above the other. They have three spaces of top, middle and bottom, which are united and lifted together. The middle and bottom pits are located underground in the pit. The top level is at the same line as the ground for direct in and out parking of the cars. They are highly acclaimed amongst our clients for their steady operation and short parking time. The middle and bottom levels are dust-proof, rain-proof and theft-proof owing to their underground location. These parking systems are designed in order to facilitate efficient space utilization. They are remote operated. These systems are absolutely safe to use.

He-Man pit car parking system does not require ramps. Only the entry and exit lift rooms are present in the ground floor. Passenger lifts, staircases or lighting are not required on the basement. Ventilation & CCTV coverage are also not needed at the basement, since there is no human access to the underground parking slots. The car parking system design can be adjusted to suit super structure columns.
